Important Notice: International Student Residence Requirements

This is to inform all University of Tehran international students that, following the regulations, students must hold a valid student residence permit issued through the University’s Consular Affairs Office, along with an electronic passport. All other types of residency permits—including general residency, Amayesh cards (for refugees), elite residence permits, organizational permits, or residency obtained through Al-Mustafa International University of Qom—are not recognized as valid for studying at the university. Students holding these types of permits will not be eligible to receive their academic degrees or certificates.

Students currently holding any of these non-compliant residency statuses are urged to contact the Consular Affairs Office promptly.
