College of Management Ranks 1st among Iranian Universities in 2024 SCIMAGO World Rankings

In its latest global university rankings, conducted by the SCImago Institutions Rankings (SIR), the College of Management at the University of Tehran has secured the top position among Iranian universities and institutions in the Middle East in Business, Management, and Accounting.

The college also achieved an impressive global ranking of 38 in these fields. In previous years, the College of Management maintained its top position in Iran and the Middle East, with global rankings of 42 in 2023 and 58 in 2022.

The SIR is a global evaluation system that ranks academic and research institutions based on three main indicators: research output, innovation, and societal impact. Created by the SCIMAGO Research Group in collaboration with Elsevier, SIR provides a comprehensive assessment of institutional performance by weighing research performance at 50%, innovation outputs at 30%, and societal impact at 20%.
